Variable Density Products

The Teppack Rotary Packers take the preformed envelopes, fill and seal them automatically. 

An intermediate solution that offers the advantage of making format changes in minutes, including different widths. A turret that is divided into 8 stations handles the preformed bags in a way that opens the mouth, ensures that the bottom is also open and that the previously dosed product is lodged in the bottom of the bag in a way that keeps the sealing area clean and free to make a quality seal.

Systems integrated with all types of dosing systems: 

• Multihead scales: for solid products of varying density

• Belt dosing: for products that are previously prepared, fed manually.

Available in Simplex (1 sachet at a time) and Duplex (Two sachets at a time) versions.

The rotary systems are complemented with all peripheral equipment for product handling, conveying and elevation. Depending on the need of the product and its complexity, we incorporate different types of elevators for solid products, positive displacement pumps for liquid or pasty products up to systems for elevation of powdered products by vacuum or by inclined auger action.
