Can Filling - Powder Products

Our Automatic Auger Filling Systems are specially designed to work with rigid containers for powder products while ensuring a clean process, accurate dosing, controlled contamination and high speed.

Equipped with an in-line weighing system, it uses one or two servo driven auger fillers for the exact dosing of the product.

The automartic filling system line can be complemented with equipment for empty container reception, conveyors, container sterilization, spoon insertion, can sealing or lidding machine for plastic lids, induction sealing, labeling, boxing and palletizing. Tailor-made for each customer requirements.

Stainless steel structure, hermetic but sectioned hopper offering 180° opening for excellent cleaning, avoiding cross contamination.

Auger Filler driven by servomotor. PLC controlled equipment, operated from a user friendly touch screen and weight control module.

With handwheel for height adjustment of the dosing head.

It includes a pneumatic container lifting device to ensure that the product does not spill during filling.

The Weight Confirmation Scale is included to ensure that each product meets the programmed weight parameters and complies with quality standards.

Up to 10 different recipes can be stored.
