Teppack Rotary Wrappers take the preformed envelopes, fill them and seal them automatically.

An intermediate solution that offers the advantage of making format changes in minutes, including different widths. A turret divided into 8 stations handles the preformed bags so that the mouth is opened, ensuring that the bottom is also open and that the previously dosed product is lodged in the bottom of the bag so that the sealing area remains clean and free to make a quality seal.

Available in Simplex (1 envelope at a time) and Duplex (Two envelopes at a time) versions.

Rotary systems are complemented by all peripheral equipment for handling, transporting and lifting the product. Depending on the needs of the product and its complexity, we incorporate different types of elevators for solid products, positive displacement pumps for liquid or pasty products, and even systems for lifting powdered products by vacuum or by the action of an inclined auger.
