Baler for bags with solid products

The Teppack Vertical Wrapper is a machine developed for the secondary packaging of flexible packages (bags), which must be counted and organized in their final packaging.

This equipment receives the production from one or more packing machines. By means of synchronization, it ensures that the bags are transported and positioned in the correct direction to then be counted and arranged in an organizing head, so that they are prepared to enter the bale in an orderly manner, either in 1, 2 or 3 columns and for some products in a random manner, always guaranteeing the exact units that must go into that secondary packaging.

Starting from a reel of plastic film, usually made of LDPE, the bag is formed as it passes through a forming tube, the vertical seal is made and servomotorized clamps make the horizontal seal, so that the bag is ready to receive the previously counted bags in the required order. Once the number of bags falls and is in the correct position, the final seal and cutting of the bale is done, starting the cycle again.

Teppack technology guarantees a very reasonable acquisition price and huge savings in operating costs by using servo-motorized systems instead of pneumatic systems traditionally used in similar technologies.
