The packaging machines for stick packs or sachets have been designed for the packaging of a wide variety of products that are going to be consumed in one go, called “single-dose” with a high production. It is the packaging that uses the least amount of film possible, especially the stick pack.
Vertical technology, with intermittent movement, which starts from a film reel with a heat-sealable inner layer and, by means of several forming tubes, forms and seals vertically, creating the tubular package. Once the dosing system feeds the product in the desired quantity, the final horizontal seal and cut is made, producing several envelopes at a time and starting the next cycle.
This packaging system allows the integration of any multi-outlet dosing system, including piston or flow meter dosers for liquids, volume dosers for granulated products, or auger dosers for powdered products. It is also possible to use up to 3 dosers on the same equipment.
Its touch screen control and movements guaranteed by servo motors allow high reliability and make this packaging machine extremely easy to use.
A variety of sealing shapes, easy-open systems, strings, partial shapes and rounded tips are possible in the different models.
