Bulk Product Bagging Machine

The Teppack Vertical Bagging Machine is a machine developed for secondary packaging of flexible packaging (bags) in preformed woven Polypropylene (PP) or Kraft paper bags. 

This equipment receives the production of one or several packing machines, by means of a synchronism it makes sure to transport the bags and position them in the right direction to be counted and positioned in an organizing head, so that they are prepared to enter the bale in an orderly manner, either in 1, 2 or 3 columns and for some products in a random way but always guaranteeing the exact units that must go into that secondary packaging.

The process is fully automatic. Starting from preformed paper or woven polypropylene sacks/bags, the bag is taken from a magazine, the mouth opens and receives the quantity of bags previously counted and organized in a bag filling station that unloads them vertically. With the bags inside the bag, it is transported by a belt to the bag sewing station to later deliver the final bag with the product arranged and counted.

Teppack technology guarantees a very reasonable purchase price and enormous savings in operating costs by using servo-driven systems instead of the pneumatic systems that are traditionally used in similar technologies.
